In this two-hour, monthly workshop, we focus on awareness, transformation, and resilience.
Each Recovery Yoga Meeting begins with an anonymous and confidential small group-style check-in sharing session. Then a certified yoga instructor personally in recovery guides participants through a sequence of postures that embodies the spiritual principles of recovery. Each meeting ends with a brief “check out” sharing session.
This workshop is open to everyone: people in recovery, friends, family members, anyone looking for connection, growth, and resilience. No prior experience with yoga or the Twelve Steps is required. You participate at your comfort level.
